Most people will format there invitation on a word processor and print each page separately then simply write the guests names on the printed page.  If you do not have access to a computer then we have made this copy sheet, you fill in the details on the copy sheet and take the blank pages and the copy sheet to a photocopier and simply run the blank pages through, then write the guests names on the printed pages. The copy sheet is also referred to as a Artwork Master Sheet. The lines on the copy sheet are quite faint so when you photocopy them the lines should disappear, this does make it difficult to give you a accurate representation on the screen.
